We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances: • **With other users**: Employers can view worker profiles (with contact details masked until unlocked). Workers can see employer job postings. • **With service providers**: We use trusted third parties (Twilio for SMS, Resend for email, Paystack for payments) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements. • **For legal compliance**: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users. • **Business transfers**: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred as part of the transaction.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
