Employers pay to unlock workers

Employers pay KES 99 per worker contact unlock, or subscribe for KES 999/month for unlimited unlocks.

Workers pay to unlock employers

Workers pay KES 49 per employer contact unlock, or subscribe for KES 299/month for unlimited unlocks.

How does the contact unlock fee work?

Profiles show masked contact details by default. Employers pay KES 99 per worker unlock, and workers pay KES 49 per employer unlock. After payment, full contact details are instantly revealed.

What does the monthly subscription include?

Employer subscriptions (KES 999/month) allow unlimited worker contact unlocks for 30 days. Worker subscriptions (KES 299/month) allow unlimited employer contact unlocks for 30 days.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period — no partial refunds.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa and Paystack (card, bank transfer, USSD) for all transactions.

Are unlock fees refundable?

Unlock fees are non-refundable once the contact details have been revealed. If you experience a technical issue, contact our support team.

Who sets the unlock fees?

Fees are configured by the platform admin and may change over time. Changes only apply to new transactions — existing unlocks are not affected.
